Warranty Policy

We offer 2 years warranty for our products. If your hearing device has any malfunction issues, we will replace it. 

Defects caused by atmospheric electrical discharges, physical shocks, power surges, or contamination with liquids or other foreign substances are not covered by the warranty. 

Any unauthorized intervention, damage to the product, improper use/handling of the product will result in the product being excluded from the warranty. 

Batteries are consumable components that lose efficiency over time. The reduction in battery capacity is not covered by the warranty. 

The process of warranty claim

1. The customer fills the warranty form.

2. A HiSound rep will contact customer with info and advices for fixing the issue.

3. If the issue can not be solved and malfunction is confirmed, the customer will receive info for sending the products to our warehouse.

4. After receiving the product, we will replace it and send it back to customer.
