The maximum value of the Provider's obligations towards any customer in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery is equal to the amount collected by the Provider from that customer. The Provider cannot be held liable for related expenses (transport, bank fees, etc.) or other damages caused to the customer due to non-delivery or improper delivery.

Delivery Terms

The shipping term for products displayed with the status "In stock" on the www.hisound.eu website is up to 2 working days from the moment of order confirmation. Products that are not in stock will be shipped within a term agreed upon with the customer.

Obligation to Pickup Packages

By placing an order on our website, the customer declares that they agree with the site's terms and conditions and commits to accepting the order. The Provider reserves the right to recover any damages caused by the customer refusing to accept the package after it has been shipped.
In the case of orders that are not delivered due to the customer's fault (unable to be found at the address, incorrect address, failure to pick up, etc.), the costs of delivery attempts and the return of the package will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amounts paid in advance.

Product Reception

The customer is required to inspect the products upon receipt of the package. Any missing or damaged products must be reported to our company within 24 hours of receiving the package; otherwise, they will be considered non-existent.

Final Price

The final price paid by the customer consists of the product sale price and any shipping costs. This price will be displayed on the final order confirmation page.

Product Returns

The customer has the right to claim product return within 14 days from the day they receive the product . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered (in its original packaging, with all accessories) and must not show signs of damage or use.

Fraud

Any attempt to access another user's personal data or modify the content of the website www.hisound.eu or affect the performance of the server hosting the website will be considered an attempt to defraud www.hisound.eu and will be subject to a criminal complaint to the police authorities against those who have committed this act.

Disputes

For any dispute between Customers and the Provider, an amiable solution will be sought.
If an amiable resolution is not achieved, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts.
