Return Policy

HiSound understands that each customer is different, and it is possible that you may not get used to the hearing aid you purchased. If the device does not meet your needs, you can return it within 14 days, and we will refund the amount paid.

We offer a 14-day return & refund period, starting from the day your package arrives.

The returned product must be in the same condition it was delivered (without signs of use, with the original package and labels undamaged).

The process of return & refund

The customer informs HiSound of his decision to return by filling the return form or by sending an email.

Within 2 working days of sending the return notification, customer will receive a return number (RMA) and details regarding the return procedure via email.

The returned item should be sent by shipping courier to HiSound's warehouse in Bucharest, Romania.

The return cost (shipping fee) will be supported by the customer. The return package can be sent by any shipping company that can provide AWB tracking number.

After the shipping of the returned package, the customer should send the AWB tracking number to HiSound.

The refund will be made to the customer credit card in maximum 14 days from the date we received the returned items.
