Shipping informations

Products will be shipped soon after the order, usually within 24 hours. After shipping, the customer will receive the AWB tracking number by email.

The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 days. Occasionally, the delivery can be delayed, this is not on our control as we rely on third-party couriers.

The package will be delivered to door at your address. There are no any other fees or taxes for you to pay as we are EU company and the shipping doesn't need customs clearance.

In the unlikely case that package is damaged/open please refuse it and contact us as soon as possible.
